Please send in your resume, application form below, and at least 8 extremely recent photos taken for the purpose of applying for this job. In 1 of your photos hold up a piece of paper displaying the date the photos were taken, you may also include photos taken by photographers but non-professional shots are mandatory.

Video and Photo Submission Tips: Swimwear or athletic photos work best so that our employers can see what type of physical condition you are in, its also lets them see what piercing or tattoos you may or may not have.
Trained Dancers/Choreographers/Entertainers: Please send in dance pose shots where you are jumping, kicking, stretching, being active & silly, and having fun. Videos can be made at home and should be sent in via YouTube link or any other video sharing website. They should clearly show who you are and your dance technique. Short routines work best and be sure to smile. Videos should not have your contact details (helps prevent fraudulent offers).
For All Other Positions: Please send in active shots of you jumping, being silly, having fun, stretching, playing sports, and doing aerobics & yoga work well. Videos can be of your talent or skill or simply introducing who you are and why you are the right person for this type of work. Videos should not have your contact details (helps prevent fraudulent offers)
